Introduction
This booklet can be broadly divided into three parts. The first part looks at some recent developments since this seminar was last presented in 1997. The second part considers typical or common causes of action concerning agreements for sale and purchase of land. The third part is designed to provide practical analysis or direction on the choices an aggrieved party may have when they perceive that their rights have been infringed. This includes not only looking at what causes of action may arise but also at the risks and costs of litigating while also looking towards other alternative means by which to resolve disputes.
