This module will look at areas of the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009 (the Act) regime that are of particular relevance to civil and regulatory practitioners. This presentation builds on a well-received session first presented at the Regulatory Investigations – a defence perspective forum held in March 2023.

• The interplay of civil and criminal proceedings relating to the same criminal activity
