She also contributes to employment law reform through her role on the New Zealand Law Society Employment Law Committee, helping to shape and design national employment law policy and practice.

Katherine is an employment law and employment relations specialist with over 10 years’ experience of in-house roles in both the public and private sectors. Her current role as Employment Relations Manager and Legal Counsel sees her provide advice across a broad range of employment relations issues, supporting the organisation to maintain legal compliance and respond to the ever-changing employment relations environment. She enjoys supporting managers and employees to achieve resolution of employment relationship issues early, through mediation and other early-resolution processes. Katherine also has extensive experience in collective bargaining and managing industrial relations.

Where an event is cancelled by CLE, a full refund is payable.
