Join us for this essential seminar offering a comprehensive update on significant developments in competition law. The seminar will offer expert insight, practical guidance, and in-depth analysis across five key focus areas:

  • Cartel cases, and the increasing (and sometimes unexpected) circumstances in which cartel law is relevant
  • Commerce Commission investigations, and how to handle those
  • Mergers, and the increasing tendency for competition law issues to arise in relation to business acquisitions other than just those involving an increase in market share
  • Anti-competitive land covenants, and the impact of recent law reform and increased Commission enforcement
  • Upcoming competition law reform.
