This practical session will cover recent regulatory changes, proposed amendments to the AML/CFT Act , and levy and supervision proposals.  All of these things have significant implications for law firms.  The session will also provide practical tips for managing AML/CFT compliance costs, and for engaging with DIA as supervisor.
