Business Structuring 2025

Business Structuring 2025

Starts: 3 April 2025 CPD hours: 2 Format: In-Person & Online

Business structuring requires practitioners to understand their clients and their commercial objectives in order to determine what structures will align with their needs and to create real value with tailored advice. In the current highly challenging and rapidly evolving environment, it is more important than ever that you are able to provide your clients with effective advice. This seminar will include:

  • Discussion regarding the duties and responsibilities of governors of common structures (including directors in their role as directors of a corporate trustee and directors of a general partner company)
  • Case study analysis of joint ventures and limited partnerships.
