A company constitution is a key document that sets out the rules governing the company and the relationship between the company and its shareholders. The constitution is also the only way for a company to access many optional, but often useful, provisions of the Companies Act 1993. This seminar will take a practical approach to help you tailor constitutions so that they are future-proof and fit for purpose.
