The Property (Relationships) Act 1976 (PRA) provides a framework for the determination of the division of relationship property of a married or de facto couple. Problems arise when debts or third-party interests must be taken into account. This seminar will provide insight into the way in which third parties, including the Official Assignee of a bankrupt spouse/partner may invoke the PRA for their benefit.
