This seminar is concerned with the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (the “CCCFA”). The purpose of the seminar is to acquaint practitioners with the changes to the law made by the CCCFA and the new concepts which it will introduce into New Zealand law. It is also intended to familiarise practitioners with the impact which the CCCFA is likely to have on the way in which financing transactions are documented and implemented in the future.
