The object of this module is to provide practitioners with an update on developments in the law in this field, and practical guidance on their application. The panel of presenters will cover:

  • Relationship property issues arising on the death of a partner
  • Interpreting wills and dealing with changes, revocations and errors

  • How to deal with claims
  • Common pitfalls and practical tips
  • Recent case law updates.
