There is no “one size fits all” with employment agreements and often important difficult issues are not addressed correctly leading to unexpected liabilities and disputes.

This webinar, based on the popular presentation at the 2014 NZLS CLE Employment Law Conference, will explore the legal principles and provide practical advice on difficult contractual issues. Being aware of the issues before you start drafting is essential.
