This paper analyses a number of decisions from 2019.
It was difficult to find a suitable Supreme Court decision, but I have included a 2022 decision from the Supreme Court (Melco) arising from a commercial property transaction, on the basis that even though it relates to a commercial property transaction, its facts and findings similarly affect residential property.
The decisions are commented on sequentially, by date order, rather than hierarchy.
