Aedeen Boadita-Cormican

Aedeen is from Ireland, of Irish/Indian heritage. She started her legal career at the English bar in the 1990s and later moved to Kuwait, where she worked as an in-house lawyer at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. Since moving to New Zealand with her kiwi husband and their four daughters in 2008, Aedeen has served in various in-house legal roles including: General Counsel and Company Secretary at ACC, Acting Treasury Solicitor, and Senior Crown Counsel at the Crown Law Office. She joined the independent bar in 2021 and is based in Wellington. Aedeen combines her legal practice with corporate governance roles.
Greg Cain
Dentons, Wellington
Greg has extensive experience in employment law and health and safety issues. He also provides advice and training on the legal implications of the Health and Safety Work Act 2015, carries out or advises on workplace investigations, and defends clients in WorkSafe prosecutions.
Tracey Conlon
WorkSafe, Wellington
Tracey is the head of Regulatory Services and general counsel at WorkSafe, with over 20 years’ experience in workplace health and safety regulation. She has held senior roles across both legal and operational teams, overseeing health and safety inspections and prosecutions.
Stephanie Gregor
Office of the Privacy Commissioner, Wellington
Steph manages the Capability and Guidance team at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC). With a background as a lawyer, she has a reputation for taking technical, often complex information, and making it plain and clear. Steph has most recently overseen the development of biometrics guidance and has spoken to organisations across the motu about the upcoming IPP3A changes. She regularly speaks on behalf of the OPC on a range of privacy-related topics.
Ella Griffiths
Office of the Privacy Commissioner, Wellington
Ella is a principal policy adviser at the OPC. She was one of the policy leads for the development of the Biometric Processing Privacy Code 2025 over the last two years. Ella brings operational experience to the policy team coming a role in from OPC’s Investigation and Dispute Resolution team. Currently she works on privacy issues arising in the justice portfolio including matters relating to addressing organised crime, the courts, and search and surveillance powers.
David Lemmon
Office of the Auditor-General, Wellington
Dave has been the manager of the Inquiries team since 2015 and has led and participated in several complex investigations in central and local government. He also has experience at Crown Law representing the Crown in commercial matters, and assisting with large-scale investigations at Inland Revenue.
Megan Vant
Dundas Street Lawyers, Wellington
Megan has been with Dundas Street Lawyers since its inception in 2013, having previously worked in-house in both central and local government. She has significant experience in all aspects of employment law, with a special interest in pay equity and equal pay. Megan is the recognised subject matter expert in this specialised and complex area and has established a national profile in this regard. She has also represented clients in leading edge litigation in this novel area of law and is an experienced investigator, well versed in undertaking external investigations in an employment context.
