These issues are only exacerbated if the neighbour is about to commence a property development! Pidgeon Judd, Auckland

Joanna is a property law specialist, past president of the ADLS (now The Law Association), Convenor of its Documents and Precedents Committee and current member of its Property Law Committee. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Land Titles Committee. Joanna makes determinations under the Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate (ASPRE) when there are disputes, is a past chair of the Property Disputes Committee, and gives expert evidence in courts and tribunals on property matters. She is experienced in fee simple, cross lease and unit title subdivisions, including those using incorporated societies.

Ben is a property lawyer with a particular expertise in complex transactions, subdivisions and developments including fee simple, unit title, cross lease, and developments using incorporated societies. He also specialises in unit title advisory work and all types of property disputes. Ben regularly appears in the Tenancy Tribunal on unit title matters as well as in cross lease arbitrations. He also carries out a full range of transactional property and leasing work.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration eight working days in advance of an event, and you will receive a refund less a 25% administration fee. If you cancel less than eight working days in advance of the event, no refund is payable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. If you wish to do so you must advise CLE New Zealand Law Society in writing of the change. CLE reserves the right to close registrations, and cancel or reschedule an event as necessary. Where an event is cancelled by CLE, a full refund is payable.
