William is an employment lawyer who also specialises in privacy and its application across all areas of law. He is particularly interested in the intersection between privacy and employment but advises clients on broad privacy issues. William regularly presents on employment, health & safety, and privacy law, and his interest in privacy stems from his master’s thesis on the privacy tort of intrusion into seclusion.
