It is not often that new legislation requires the reregistration of 24,000 entities, but that is what all incorporated societies must now do under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. This webinar updates the popular 2024 webinar and will focus on the essentials of what needs to be done so that your clients avoid deregistration by reregistering – before April 2026.

Topics will include:

  • An overview of the reregistration process
