Michelle joined the Wakefields Lawyers team in 2019, with a specialised background working in private client work, trusts, estates and succession planning, as well as relationship property matters. She provides a high standard of service to her clients. Michelle is also experienced in property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, and financing transactions for private and corporate clients. She graduated from Queen Mary, the University of London with an LLB in 2005 and completed her Master’s Degree from the University of Auckland in 2010.

Miles has a professional background that began in the risk and insurance space. Starting as a specialised marine underwriter in London in the 90’s, he shifted into the corporate risk and insurance space when he moved to New Zealand in 1997. The risk management mindset developed during this time, has underpinned the work Miles has done with Safe & Healthy Solutions, which provides meth test reports under the MethSolutions and CPINZ brands. He is co-founder and director of MethSolutions. MethSolutions is a MethRisk management business that helps reduce the harm caused to people by MethAffected property. MethSolutions, works B2B to help organisations reduce their MethRisk exposure and B2C helping property owners manage the risk methamphetamine presents to their asset.

Registration but non-attendance on the day

Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel your registration eight working days in advance of an event, and you will receive a refund less a 25% administration fee. If you cancel less than eight working days in advance of the event, no refund is payable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. If you wish to do so you must advise CLE in writing of the change. NZLS CLE Ltd reserves the right to close registrations, and, cancel or reschedule an event as necessary. Where an event is cancelled by CLE, a full refund is payable.
