Webinar Archive Presentation

Presentation time: 90 minutes
The NZLS CPD scheme commences in October 2013. In line with modern adult education principles the rules contemplate a learner-centred and non-prescriptive approach. Each individual lawyer will take responsibility for their own CPD requirements. You will need to identify your own learning needs, maintain and complete a CPD plan and complete, record and reflect on 10 hours of CPD activities in line with your learning needs.

At the heart of the requirements is the continuing professional development plan and record, the CPDPR.

This includes:

  • The learning needs you identify
  • Your action plan for fulfilling those needs
  • Your activities record
  • Your reflections on what you learned, will do differently and your further learning needs.

Please contact us if you use a dial up internet connection.
