This module will discuss the impact of the changes implemented by the Vulnerable Children Act and the CYPF (Vulnerable Children) Amendment Act which will come into effect in mid-2016.

Ensure you are aware of the practical implications of these significant changes (and changes yet to be brought into force) in respect of children and young persons who are subject to proceedings under the CYPF Act and the parents and caregivers of those children.
