Section 44 of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 (PRA) is an increasingly effective tool to claw back property that would otherwise have become relationship property, had it not been disposed of to a trust. The development of the legal principles since Coles v Coles has culminated in the most recent decision of the Supreme Court in Sutton v Bell.
