Councils in the major metropolitan areas (and surrounding districts) are required to introduce changes into district and city plans under a key new intensification and planning process by 20 August 2022. The intensification requirements are unprecedented in New Zealand planning law which has traditionally allowed councils to set their own rules for urban buildings. This webinar will help you to identify and understand the implications of the new process and to provide robust advice to whatever party you are assisting.
By attending this webinar you will be:
All practitioners in resource management, civil litigation, property, banking and finance, and in-house counsel.
A background book written by the presenter is available in hard copy, PDF, or both. Please indicate your choice upon registration.
