Tim Condor Associate, Holland Beckett, Tauranga Tim has wide experience in criminal and regulatory proceedings, including acting as prosecutor, defence counsel and amicus curiae in regulatory proceedings. He also has experience acting on behalf of insurers in this space. Tim regularly appears in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, and has conducted both judge alone and jury trials. He has a deep knowledge of criminal procedure, which has enabled him to achieve positive outcomes for clients in a number of different cases. In addition to his criminal and regulatory work, Tim also represents clients in a range of public law and local government matters as well as commercial disputes. |

If you cancel less than eight working days in advance of the event, no refund is payable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. If you wish to do so you must advise CLE in writing of the change. NZLS CLE Ltd reserves the right to close registrations, and, cancel or reschedule an event as necessary. Where an event is cancelled by CLE, a full refund is payable.
