One of the key aspects of the new Trusts Act is that trustees’ duties are now set out in the legislation. While largely reflective of the common law duties, there are some changes which are easily overlooked. Both mandatory and default duties will be discussed along with the new restrictions on limiting trustees’ liability for breach of trust. This webinar will consider the practical implications of the changes and help ensure that you are able to provide your clients with robust advice in this area.
