The Interest on Money Claims Act 2016 is in force from 1 January 2018 and brings about a single statutory system for the award of interest on money claims.

This webinar will take a practical approach aimed at ensuring that you understand the key implications of the changes and work through some typical scenarios that you are likely to be confronted with when pleading a claim for interest for filing after 1 January 2018.
