A decade ago the property law sector was one which was stable and there was relatively little change to grapple with. However, the rapid changes introduced through technology, legislative updates, market forces and world events in recent times have meant that property lawyers must be constantly vigilant and adaptable, or they risk being left behind.
When the organising committee sat down to plan this intensive we started listing potential topics and quickly discovered that the content we could include of real relevance was more than could be presented on in one day. We then set about creating a strong agenda with quality speakers who will provide practical and invaluable knowledge for attendees to incorporate into their practices.
This intensive will be live streamed as well as in person and I urge people to attend, as days like this have a great element of collegiality as well as learning. I look forward to seeing you there.
