This seminar will consider selected issues in subdivisions across a range of tenure types, including attention to cross lease conversion and free holding of unit titles. It will provide the perspectives of a property and resource management lawyer and a surveyor in considering a number of examples and case studies which highlight best practice, and also problems to avoid.
