This seminar will consider a range of practical aspects of trust administration including effective trustee decision making and what this means for corporate trustees, the importance of differentiating between professional and trustee services, managing differing views on disclosure by trustees and the parameters of appropriate indemnities from beneficiaries. The seminar will also address requests for information from appointors, protectors, settlors, and special trust advisers.
