Rachael is a senior associate in the employment law group at Simpson Grierson.She advises clients in all aspects of employment law, including personal grievance claims, restructurings, disciplinary and performance management processes, holiday pay compliance, human rights and privacy, collective bargaining, and conducting investigations.
Rachael regularly attends mediations and represents clients in Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court matters. Recently, this has included representing a large employer in successfully defending a personal grievance of unjustified dismissal in the Employment Court following a restructuring process.
