Chris advises on tax law. He has advised on a number of significant transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), and financing arrangements. Chris has also acted for clients seeking binding rulings from Inland Revenue in respect of prospective transactions and represented clients in respect of Inland Revenue investigations and disputes.

Tim advises on New Zealand tax and trust law issues. His tax practice focuses on financing transactions, and customs and excise issues. Tim also advises high net worth individuals and family trusts on tax and associated trust issues, as well as on the tax consequences of individuals migrating to New Zealand.

Fred is an experienced tax specialist and has been a partner of Russell McVeagh since 1995. He advises on all aspects of New Zealand tax law, with particular interest in tax disputes, corporate restructuring and cross-border financing issues. Fred is a member of the NZLS Tax Committee and is a regular presenter at NZLS CLE conferences.

Cancellation and refund policy

If written notice of cancellation of a registration arrives before the day of the seminar we will refund the registration fee, less an administration fee of $40. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute - to correctly assign CPD credit, CLE must be notified in advance. NZLS CLE Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars if necessary.
