Lawyers are prone to stress-based illness, zebras aren’t. Why?

The practice of law can be highly pressured, demanding, repetitive, and in some cases, difficult to make a living from. Lawyers have the highest rates of depression, anxiety and addiction of all the professions and, sadly, the highest suicide rate. Competition and an adversarial approach to everything can also make collegial relationships difficult.

Join us for this breakfast presentation where international expert Robyn Bradey will discuss stress and mental illness from a brain-based perspective.

Robyn will give you practical strategies and resources that you can use to look after your personal wellbeing, as well as others who may be struggling.
