Trust Account Administrator Course 2012![]() One of the important but sometimes onerous duties of a solicitor practising on their own account is to maintain clear and reliable trust account records, up-to-date and in compliance with the trust accounting rules and regulations. Most often the day-to-day duties associated with operating the trust account fall to a staff member who receives little or no training in the office but on whose skills and diligence the trust account depends. This half day course, with prior learning tasks, is for trust account administrators and is intended to provide them with the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to keep the trust account in good order.
