Company Law - challenges for SMEs and their advisers![]() ![]() Small and medium enterprises choose a company structure for the same reason as larger entities, but more than likely lawyers who advise these smaller enterprises are not specialists and those owning or running the companies have less time to give to compliance. Those running small enterprises do not recognise that often they are running the company and making decisions without regard to many of the aspects of compliance that go with the choice to adopt a company structure.
